# Official Rules for Sprinkle Giveaways
**NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.**
**1. Eligibility:**
Giveaways are open to viewers who are followers of the channel and are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by local, state, or national laws.
**2. How to Enter:**
Entries are made using "Sprinkles," the channel's non-monetary virtual currency.
* **Cost of Entry:** A minimum of 100 Sprinkles is required to enter a giveaway.
* **Earning Sprinkles:** Sprinkles are earned purely through viewer engagement and actions (e.g., being present at the start and end of a stream, watching the stream, participating in chat). You can earn enough Sprinkles for an entry simply by being present at the start and end of a single stream.
* **No Purchase:** Sprinkles cannot be purchased with real money, donations, or subscriptions. They are awarded solely for participation and viewership.
**3. Prizes:**
* The prize for each giveaway will be a gift card with a maximum value of $25 USD (or local equivalent).
* Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted. The broadcaster reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
**4. Winner Selection and Notification:**
* Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
* Winners will be announced live on stream and/or notified via direct message/whisper on the respective platform.
* If a winner does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

This promotion is hosted solely by the broadcaster and is subject to the terms of service and community guidelines of the broadcasting platforms. By participating, entrants agree to fully release the following platforms from any and all liability related to this giveaway:
